Head chef Tommy Payne is experienced in classical matching between old and new world wines with contemporary Australian food. He has used a network of regional growers specialising in rare and fine produce to put together our 5 course set menu.
The menu Tommy has designed was inspired by the classic bistro meal to be shared with friends & family over a cracking glass of wine from the Barossa.
